January 4th 2006, Mr. Zhu Zhihong, vice mayor of Chengdu city met Italy delegation headed by Dr. Zhangdong, vice general secretary of CGC china area. ¡°CGC acts as a global investment and trade promotion representative oflocal governments in shanghai, which fulfils the main aims to promote the investment and trade between china and world, to provide networking opportunities as well as bringing in the potential foreign investors¡¡± Dr. Zhangdong said. This Italy delegation aimed to have a market research on the industry of construction material, plastic, rubber and so on. Mr. Zhu gave the great appraisal of the working which CGC had done and also introduced the working of Chengdu officials on attracting foreign investment as well as related policy. |
