Investment Procedure

Wujiang Economic Development Zone Administrative Committee will set up a special helping to build group during the constructive process of a newly foreign-invested company in conformity with the spirit to serve the investors in one continuous line. This group will offer free services regarding information, getting programming allowance, construction allowance, etc. There are professional supervisors to supervise the quality and progress of the project. Construction and management procedures are as follows:

1. Water pollutants shall be carried out according to “Sewage Multi-discharge Standard” (GB8970-1996), the discharge density standard value of the main pollutants is as follow:

In above table, Class I and II Standard of discharge standard for kind II pollutants are to be carried out according to the requirements of the functions for ground and water areas drawn by the Municipal People’s Government, for the sewage discharged into urban sewers and into Grade II Sewage Factory to have Bio-treatment is to be carried out according to Class III Standard.

2. Air pollutants are to be carried out according to the Class III Standard in “Multi-discharge Standard for Air Pollutant” (GB1629-1996), “Discharge Standard for Industrial Furnaces & Kilns Air Pollutants” (GB9078-1996), etc. The following is the brief list for main pollutants discharge density standard value:

3. Noise shall be in accordance with “Noise Standards for the Factory Boundary of Industrial Enterprises” (GB12348-90). The noise standard values of different factory boundaries are listed as follows:
