Investment Procedure

1. Foreign-funded enterprises in Wujiang should be examined and approved by Wujiang Municipal government except those state-regulated that must be examined and approved by departments of the State Council.

Projects with total investment over US$ 30 million and those specified by the state should initially subject to joint examination by Wujiang Municipal government and related departments. And then transfer to departments of the State Council for examination and approval.

Projects with total investment under US$ 30 million should be examined and approved by Wujiang Municipal government.

3. Capital Investing-in Phase:

It should be put in within one year if the registered capital is under USD 500,000 (USD 500,000 incl.).

It should be put in within 1.5 years if the registered capital is between USD 500,000 to USD 1,000,000 (USD 1,000,000 incl.).

It should be put in within 2 years if the registered capital is between USD 1,000,000 to USD 3,000,000 (USD 3,000,000 incl.).

It should be put in within 3 years if the registered capital is between USD 3,000,000 to USD 10,000,000 (USD 10,000,000 incl.).

The ratification department will delimit the capital put-in phase if the capital value is more than USD 10,000,000.
